The Surrey CCC Talent Pathway team are implementing a New Talent Identification initiative, which will serve to replace the traditional ‘Phase 1’ Assessment process. This programme will give individuals the opportunity to submit videos of themselves via Whatsapp. These will be reviewed by key coaching staff, with players who meet the criteria then invited to an extended ‘face to face’ session so they can be seen in action. Successful players will then be invited to join the Surrey CCC Performance Pathway Programme for 2023/24.
