Please can you spare an hour and half this Saturday 7th October at 09:30 to help with the end of season jobs at the club? If so please email me at jamielmead@hotmail.com and let me know. Here is what we need to do. It is not too onerous but many hands make light work.

End of Season Tasks

• Move sightscreens to safe area
• Remove covers and store in clubhouse
• Move cover frames to adjacent to clubhouse
• Remove boundary rope and store in changing rooms
• Set heating for winter mode and fit new batteries
• Bring in and store benches and other bits and bobs
• Stack chairs and set up club for AGM
• Remove, label and safe store balcony railings
• Check on fridge and freezer and remove out of date/perishable items
• Check shower hot water is turned off
• Draw down shower header tanks
• Check all secure and leave
