Leatherhead Cricket Club - Girls Cricket open day success

On Saturday 13th April the club welcomed 35 girls to the inaugural Girls’ Open Day. We were lucky to be blessed with beautiful sunny weather and it was a great to see so many girls of all ages out on the field.

Head Coach Alex lead the days activities, assisted by members of the current girls and women’s teams. Activities involved a variety of fun ball games and batting skills, finishing off with one big enthusiastic game of diamond cricket.
