Existing Members: Transitioning from Pitchero

Welcome to ClubSports365 - Leatherhead Cricket Club’s New Home Online 🏏

To all our existing members who had an active account on Pitchero, this is your guide to getting started with ClubSports365, our new website and club management platform.

Check Your Email
All users aged 18 and over who were registered on Pitchero have been invited to ClubSports365 via email. Please check the inbox of the email address you used on Pitchero for a message from support@clubsports365.com titled:
“Welcome to Leatherhead Cricket Club - Your Account Details”

Didn’t receive it?
No problem-just head to the ClubSports365 login page
Member Login - ClubSports365 and use the ‘Forgotten Password’ option with your Pitchero email address to reset and access your account.

All players under the age of 18 will not be able to get their own account until they turn 18.

Your Profile
The majority of member information has been transferred to ClubSports365. Please review your profile (and your child’s, if applicable) to ensure everything is accurate and up to date.  Please note if key data has been ‘hidden’ in Pitchero such as your date of birth, then your data has been migrated using a birth date of 01/01/1936.  If your email address has been hidden then we have been unable to migrate you so please contact the membership team if you have not received a Welcome email.

From your Account Area, you can view your roles within the club-such as your teams or children you’re a parent of. Please DO NOT apply for any Club Admin or Coach roles at this stage. We will ensure you all have the correct permissions in due course.

The account you’re viewing will be displayed at the top of the page. Click on your children’s names to see their accounts.

Dashboard

This will show you any matches you may have coming up and any upcoming club events. You can purchase event tickets from this space as well.

Schedule

Within your account, you will find training schedules, fixtures (which will be synced from Play-Cricket when the new seasons fixtures are received), and club events. You can also view your or your child’s schedule if relevant.

Please note that we can’t control when the fixtures sync and we will inevitably have fixture clashes we need to work through so while you will be able to see the fixtures as soon as they have been released please DO NOT update availability until our clashes are resolved. We will send out an availability prompt when needed.

One bug bear with Pitchero was that availability was done by day and not match time. However, in this system you can select the match time you are available. If you are in a large age group, we encourage you to respond to all times you can play rather than the team you would prefer to play for.

Membership & Payments
Each member will be allocated appropriate membership type/s for the upcoming season, with payments due in line with the Chair’s newsletter. Membership subs are attached to ONE of the parents for junior players even if two parents are in the database. If your child is attached to the incorrect parent receiving the membership payment request/s please contact our membership team.

Availability for Fixtures & Training
Players and parents must update availability for fixtures-this is mandatory as team selections are managed through ClubSports365.
Go to your Schedule, and mark yourself (or your child) as Available, Unavailable, or Maybe. You can also leave a note if needed.

Match Fees – These are integrated into the new app and just like Pitchero you will receive a notification to pay these.

Is There an App?
Yes! There is a ClubSports365 app which can be used by both members and managers only the permissions and access to certain areas change.

Accident reporting

This is now integrated into the app. If you select your icon on the top right hand side you will get several additional options including accident reporting.  Your team manager will then be able to see if you are injured and the severity of the injury which may need to come into consideration with team selection.
